Digital marketing is changing, the way companies do business is changing. So I just want to share one way I'm changing how I do business I think it's just gonna be better than how we've done it in the past.
Essentially I'm open sourcing my business processes. So you've probably heard of open source in software development.
The idea is that you make all of your code public and you let other people contribute to it. So the benefit is that you get hundreds or thousands of software engineers working on one project and finding ways to make it better.
And in return all these software engineers get access to your code. So you don't have to pay anyone, they get free code.
Everyone wins. I'm starting to do the same thing with my business processes.
I think this would work for a lot of businesses. Finding other people that are doing what I'm doing, which is essentially feature focused SEO and I'm giving them access to all of my SOP's and all of my internal documentation.
And in return I'm just asking that they provide feedback and any ways that they think I can improve my processes...
