ncy, I would ask them what they're doing differently to make sure that you're visible in ChatGPT, in Google's AI mode. And if they tell you that nothing has really changed and they're essentially doing the same thing, maybe adding a few more FAQs or structured data, I would consider finding another agency...

Well, there are now a ton of new opportunities because of ChatGPT and other large language models. Process in the strategy is very similar.
Now there is a lot of work that we do to rank in ChatGPT that we just wouldn't do for traditional SEO. Like I wouldn't be putting out press releases right now if it wasn't for ChatGPT.
We wouldn't be so focused on things like case studies. There's a lot of directories that I wouldn't care about and blog topics that I wouldn't bother writing on.
But all of these are really just expansions of our typical SEO campaign...
