But I thought it'd be nice to have one video that just gives one big overview summarising my vision of the future and how I think business owners should be adapting to this change. So the biggest change we've already seen is that it no longer makes sense to try to rank for these super competitive terms unless you're one of the biggest brands in the world.
Instead, the whole game has shifted to optimising for super specific long tail terms. This is actually the best strategy for both traditional SEO.
And ranking in large language models. Second point I often make is that we've now reached the moment at which it makes more sense to optimize for large language models than it does for traditional search.
I think by the end of 2025 there will be more value in being recommended by large language models than traditional search engines...

The framework is an acronym, cause that's how you do frameworks. I think it's CAST C A S T C.
Stands for create your Brand Bible. So your brand bible is a huge document.
The ones I make usually end up being 20 or 30 pages. And it just includes everything about your brand that an AI would ever need to know...
this specific type of content. I've shared a few guides on how to do this on my YouTube channel, and I'll have more soon.
The third letter is S for show up on video. Like I said, people are hungry for provably human content.
Nothing is better than showing up on video. I truly believe every business owner should become a content creator and start making videos.
It's the easiest way to make content, it's the highest performing content, and it's the only way to truly build trust online. So how you do this is up to you.
If you're comfortable pulling out a camera and just talking, then short form is great. If you like to be a little bit more prepared than doing long form videos, maybe with like a gamma app presentation to keep It simple can work really well, but I think for a lot of business owners, the easiest way is just going on podcasts.
Host does all the work. You get a long form video, you can cut it up into shorts.
But however you do it, you get videos for all the social media platforms, and you get transcripts. And that brings me to the last letter T...
ta. And this is the easiest way to generate it.
And that's the whole point of the system, is to very efficiently generate high quality content that is perfectly positioned for the future of the internet. For example, you could do one or two podcasts a month, and with a couple hours of work each week, you're producing about 100 pages of content online.
Content that can rank in search engines. But More importantly, content that's being digested by large language models, so you're more likely to get recommended in the future.
