My entire 2025 marketing system in 4 letters: CAST ✨ Create brand bible → Automate with AI → Show up on video → Turn into 10 content pieces. Who's trying this?...

The TikTok algorithm is showing you this video. It's because it thinks that you're interested in AI, specifically how it's changing how businesses get found online. So I wanna talk about that.

That's what pretty much all my videos are about. But I thought it'd be nice to have one video that just gives one big overview summarising my vision of the future and how I think business owners should be adapting to this change. So the biggest change we've already seen is that it no longer makes sense to try to rank for these super competitive terms unless you're one of the biggest brands in the world.

Instead, the whole game has shifted to optimising for super specific long tail terms. This is actually the best strategy for both traditional SEO. And ranking in large language models.

Second point I often make is that we've now reached the moment at which it makes more sense to optimize for large language models than it does for traditional search. I think by the end of 2025 there will be more value in being recommended by large language models than traditional search engines. Not only are people starting to use them more, Google's also shifting into an AI.

Model and users are way more likely to follow the recommendations of something like ChatGPT. Than traditional Google search. Third point is that it's becoming very easy to create high quality content at scale with AI as Long as you're smart about how you set up your work flows and you're giving it the proper context.

And the fourth is that AI fatigue has already set in, and therefore any content that is provably human generated, it's gonna be way more valuable in the future. So with those four predictions in mind, I wanna lay out exactly what I think you should be doing. This is actually a framework that I just came up with because I'm starting to go on podcasts and someone told me that it's good to have like a framework to share on podcasts.

And that makes sense to me. So you're the first people I'm sharing this with and I would just love your feedback. And I truly believe this is exactly what every small business owner should be doing.

If you hear this and you're like, no, you don't understand my business, leave your objections in the comments. I promise I'll make a video response to every one of those and tell you why you're wrong. Or I don't know, maybe you're right.

I can't think of everything. Alright. The framework is an acronym, cause that's how you do frameworks.

I think it's CAST C A S T C. Stands for create your Brand Bible. So your brand bible is a huge document.

The ones I make usually end up being 20 or 30 pages. And it just includes everything about your brand that an AI would ever need to know. To reliably represent you in all the content you create.

So I'll be sharing my process so you can create this for yourself if you want, but you'll need this for the rest of the process to work. Second letter is A, which stands for automate with AI workflows. So to create high quality content at scale, you need to have very smart workflows that reliably output pages or posts or newsletters or whatever kind of content you're creating.

So this is typically going to be like a custom GPT. Or a cloud project. It's gonna have your brand document, but also a bunch of other guidelines on how to create this specific type of content.

I've shared a few guides on how to do this on my YouTube channel, and I'll have more soon. The third letter is S for show up on video. Like I said, people are hungry for provably human content.

Nothing is better than showing up on video. I truly believe every business owner should become a content creator and start making videos. It's the easiest way to make content, it's the highest performing content, and it's the only way to truly build trust online.

So how you do this is up to you. If you're comfortable pulling out a camera and just talking, then short form is great. If you like to be a little bit more prepared than doing long form videos, maybe with like a gamma app presentation to keep It simple can work really well, but I think for a lot of business owners, the easiest way is just going on podcasts.

Host does all the work. You get a long form video, you can cut it up into shorts. But however you do it, you get videos for all the social media platforms, and you get transcripts.

And that brings me to the last letter T. Turn each video into 10 pieces of content. So one, do you have those transcripts?

You're going to dump them into those AI. Workflows I mentioned in the letter A. And then each video becomes a YouTube video, a TikTok video, an Instagram reel, a Facebook reel, an X post, a LinkedIn post, a Reddit post, blog post, a newsletter.

And training data. And I say training data because I truly believe the next phase of this is when AI agents become more important than websites. And if you want your AI agent to be chosen by chat, GPT or Gemini, you're going to need a lot of unique data.

And this is the easiest way to generate it. And that's the whole point of the system, is to very efficiently generate high quality content that is perfectly positioned for the future of the internet. For example, you could do one or two podcasts a month, and with a couple hours of work each week, you're producing about 100 pages of content online.

Content that can rank in search engines. But More importantly, content that's being digested by large language models, so you're more likely to get recommended in the future. And that's my first time sharing the system, so let me know what you think.
