I wanna talk about the three digital marketing tactics that, when done well, are insanely effective right now. Because things are changing so quickly with AI. New tactics and methods are being invented every month or two. These three tactics are definitely having a moment right now. However, I don't see how that moment is ever gonna come to an end...

New tactics and methods are being invented every month or two. These three tactics are definitely having a moment right now.

However, I don't see how that moment is ever gonna come to an end. In fact, as AI gets better and better, I think all three of these tactics will continue to get better until they literally break the internet.

At least the way we use it now. And I know that sounds hyperbolic, but just bear with me.

I think once you hear me lay out the argument, you'll have to agree there's no way we can continue going on the way we've been going on once these methods take over. And to reiterate, these methods are insanely effective when they're done well.

However, all three do have a steep learning curve. They're not easy to do well.

The first one is cold email outreach. Now, this is nothing new, it's been going on since the dawn of the internet...

agnet. AI and automation have allowed these messages and the follow up conversations to be personalized, and the explosion of short form video has made this method very effective.

The hardest part with this method is just making compelling short form video content, but if you have someone in your company that can do that, I highly recommend it. And the third method is Reddit.

There are now a couple dozen startups that are creating automated tools that track conversations on Reddit and notice when someone is talking about or asking questions about your product or service. I've personally been playing around with N8N to build something like this for me now.

I think a lot of marketers are getting a little too greedy and impatient by automating the entire process. I don't think this is a good idea right now.

However, just being able to jump into a conversation as soon as it starts, maybe have AI draft the first version of a comment and then add a real value to the conversation is very powerful...

leaving a comment or sending an email, but I bet you don't. Yes, some of them are obviously A.

I. And that's what gives you the confidence to think, aha, I can tell that's A.

I. I know, but think about all the times that you were sure it wasn't A.

I. How do you know then?

Whether or not we're at that point yet, we're certainly going to be there within a few years. We are approaching the point where personalized content written by AI.

With context is indistinguishable from human content. So just imagine a million AI.

Powered bots monitoring and responding to posts on Reddit, talking exactly the way humans talk, keeping in mind all relevant content and actually providing real value to the conversation. At first it'll be hard to even see the issue.

It'll just look like an increase of The rate and frequency of high quality conversations on Reddit. But eventually, Reddit and social media.

And your inbox will be mostly AI bots talking to other AI bots trying text and services. It's hard for me to understand what could stop this momentum.

What does this mean for the internet anyways?...
