Publishing four blog posts a month It is not an SEO strategy. Buying 500 backlinks is not an SEO strategy.

Optimizing your website speed? Not a strategy.

These are all just random tasks. Your website SEO strategy is the plan you follow to improve your visibility on search engines, guarantee you that your top competitors on ChatGPT, Google, etc are all using one.

I'm gonna show you exactly how to create your website SEO strategy because there are three key components to it. Content, technical, reputation.

They each require different tasks, some of you might not even need to do, and others you've been neglecting while you've been doing these other random tasks. The first component is your website's content.

You need to build content around your core products or services that meet searches at the different stages of their journey. That means optimise product or service pages for people who are ready to buy, category or round up pages for people that are still deciding what to buy, and informational pages like blogs, for people that are looking for more information...

tools to do almost all of this for you, check in every so often to make sure it's all still good. The third and most important component is your brand's reputation.

Unless you're new to SEO, you've probably already heard of backlink building. And yes, this does play a significant role in your brand's reputation, but it is not the only thing to do here.

You also need to be active on socials, Google My Business if you're local, Google Merchant Centre if you're ecoMmerce, and make sure you're listed on relevant directories and round up sites in your industry. This should be your most time consuming component, but you are also boosting referral and social traffic, so ultimately it builds into your digital marketing strategy as a whole.

I'll leave that part to you.
