If I had to start from scratch today, this is the exact order that I would follow to start ranking my business in AI.

So first, people decide in AI before they ever even hit Google. Now, so you've really gotta understand how Google actually works, which is by formulating a decision based on the terms ranking. So what that means is you've got to stop chasing one keyword.

You need to own the whole topic.

The thing that you need to do as well is build proof on your site and get mentioned off it. So if you say something on your site like next day service or next day delivery, ideally you have reviews saying, I love getting next day service or next day delivery.

Another thing to learn really fast is to do work on a live, real website. So just making sure you have good information gain. So the difference between what AI already knows versus new information you're giving it, and just testing things on your actual website, is solid to pick up quickly.

And the last thing is keep it freaking simple, guys. If you have the answer to the question that the user wants, you need to put that in the first 100 words of text, or else it's just buried and AI is not gonna find it, and therefore you're not gonna get found in AI.
