Alright, cheers. WP. Forms.
So contact form 7 is in feature freeze until at least 2028. So now is the perfect time to switch to WP forms. Plus, WP.
Mail SMTP. Is made by the folks at WP Forms, so they work great together. And yeah, that's true.
And I've got nothing against WP forms, you know, I've used it on a couple of websites, not that I chose to, but it was just there. But for me, for the last 15, 16 years, I've used, um, contact form seven. And I've used it because I like the fact that it is a bare bones, naked plugin.
It has no styling and nothing to it, because everything that we build in our agency is built custom to every client. So I'm never fighting against the existing styles to make it look the way that I want it to look. So that's one thing.
But I've always used WP. Mail SMTP. And I've always been really happy with it.
So I know you guys make good plugins, but it's just never been my plugin of choice, I think. You know, for anyone that's on the fence, try both. Try WP.
Forms. Try the contact form 7. See which one you like.
The other thing is the fact that contact form 7 has no features or has a feature freeze now until 2028. Or at least 2028 for me. That makes no difference at all.
Like. Like I said, I've been using contact form 7 for, you know, 15, 16 years, and I don't even remember them having any new features added. It's a contact form.
That's all it does. It sends mail. And there's never been any new features inside it.
So the fact that they've frozen that doesn't really make any difference to me. So, yeah, like I said, anyone watching this, check out WP. Forms.
Check out contact form 7, see which one works best for you, and then use that moving forward.
