If you have a Google Business profile, do this first. Go to your profile and make sure your service area is completely filled out. Then go to your website and add an areas we serve section.

Create unique pages for each one of those areas. Go back to your profile and click on services. Click into each one.

You can add a description, include service and location keywords in each one. Then just post consistently mentioning the areas you want to show up. I just saved you thousands of dollars.
