So if you're giving people discounts, gifts, or freebies for leaving a Google review, you need to stop.
Google reviews are extremely important for rankings and conversions, but incentivizing reviews is against Google's guidelines. In the best case, incentivized reviews just get removed. In the worst case, your Google Business Profile could get suspended.
So don't buy or incentivize reviews.
