So your meta titles, which, by the way, are the most important ranking signal that you can send search engine. All the right component being communicated in the least optimised way possible, this is. It's just not how you optimise a meta title.
And your page's heading structure, which search engines use to scan and figure out what it's all about, is a hot mess. You've got duplicate headings, empty headings, absolutely zero organisation to this. And that's across the whole site.
This one's actually classic case of it looks fine, but under the hood it's a nightmare.
