I want to just lay out our top digital marketing strategy. This is the S tier, meta, number one content workflow for getting more leads to your business.

I've been developing this workflow for two or three years now. It's how we blew up our digital marketing agency. It's the number one thing I recommend to all of our clients, and almost none of them do it because people aren't willing to do step number two.

But for the brave few who are willing and who stick with it, it's incredibly effective, and it works for essentially any business.

Step one is to put together a list of topics to create content on. But you need the right topics or the rest is just a complete waste of time. The topics you want to include are the things that people search for when they're interested in your product or service.

However, by the end of 2026, it's not gonna be humans doing searches anymore. What you really wanna know is, when a user goes to Google and searches for your products and service, what does the AI search for?

We use a product called peak dot AI to get this data. But if you're just starting out, you can just brainstorm with Gemini. The goal is to end up with a list of hyper specific questions people might ask when they're looking for your products or services.

Say hyper specific because that's how AI searches, and because if you go too broad, it's gonna be overly competitive.

So these are gonna be topics like how to choose the best X for Y or the cost of X in Y. If you're a local business, you wanna make sure the topic is specifically about the area you serve.

Step 2. This is where everyone gets stuck and quits. Record a video on the topic.

And yes, I mean you. You have to be in the video or some expert in your organization. But don't overthink it.

I recommend spending no more than 20 minutes per video. I have another video on my channel called how to easily create videos as a business.

Step 3, you're gonna take the transcript of that video and turn it into a blog post for your website. I recommend using Claude to write the blog post, but any of the models will do. There are a lot of things you can do to optimize the blog post, but as long as you're getting that topic in the title of the blog post, you're doing most of the optimization.

You should also consider taking that transcripts to make a LinkedIn post, a Reddit post, a substack post, a medium post, maybe a thread on X. For each of these platforms, you just need to explain to Claude how to do it once, turn that into a skill, and then it'll happen automatically after that.

Step 4 is the video itself. If you record videos the way I recommend, you can edit them very quickly and easily with a tool like descr. Then post that video to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

And here's the kicker: every platform you post the video or the article to, you start the title or caption or post with that topic. Now every time a person, or more likely an AI, searches for that topic, you have 10 or so opportunities to show up in the search results.

  • Brainstorm or collect specific buyer questions such as comparison, cost, and local decision queries before creating content.
  • Start each republished article title, caption, or post with the target topic so each surface can match the same buyer question.
