Breaking Google news, Google is testing a new feature to let you respond to reviews using AI. This guy Chandan tagged me in a post on LinkedIn and he showed a screenshot of how it appears in the Google Business Profile. Says reply to reviews with AI.

I think this is pretty interesting. It basically shows us that Google cares about making it easy for business owners to reply to reviews. They're willing to use their AI.
Guess they're okay with AI content in this context.
And it even sounds like when you hit the thing, it generates the suggested reply, but it isn't automatically submitted. So I think that it's a pretty nice feature. And as long as people are really careful that they review it and read it before they hit submit, it's pretty nice.
