I don't know who designed this website, but they do not have the first clue about SEO or how to properly design a website. These are all the headings that are on your page, and they're all duplicated. You've got two heading ones exactly the same.

What we offer section is in there twice. These two headings aren't even in different bits of the page. They're just right next to each other.

I'm gonna show you why they've done this. Here's the mobile version of your website. This code here is all responsible for the stuff you can see on mobile.

Here's you heading to with what we offer. But then if you look further down the code, there's another what we offer. They've used this to visually hide that code.

Search engines don't look at it like that. They're seeing all of this and assuming it's on the page, which it's terrible for user experience. And obviously it seems like your keyword stuffing everything.

I mean, you should actually be grateful they put a H1 on your homepage, because they absolutely haven't on your service pages, which is a travesty.
