The way we do knowledge work is going to change dramatically in twenty twenty six, much more so than it has in any previous year. If you haven't been using cloud co work or paying attention to open claw, that probably sounds like hype, but if you have, it's just obvious. This is the ChatGPT moment for agentic AI.

I think by the middle of twenty twenty six, all companies will now have access to an agent that can do essentially anything a human could do on a computer. It'll be like having an unlimited number of low cost employees that are incredibly intelligent, incredibly capable. However, the only thing they'll know about your company is what's available on your website.

For the vast majority of companies, that's gonna be the bottleneck.

I spent the last three years figuring out how to do digital marketing with AI. And getting the AI to understand your company and be able to accurately represent your brand has always been the hardest part. Nowadays I would say it's actually the only hard part, and it's where we put most of our effort.

However, it can be done, and it is very much worth doing. This is where all the opportunity is right now.

Just imagine you had an army of employees that were super intelligent, super capable, had a basic understanding of pretty much every industry. But the only thing they know about your company is what's on your website. What kind of tasks you actually trust them with.

In my experience, it's a huge limitation, and a limitation that your competitors will have as well.

However, if they have a deep understanding of your brand, voice, what can be said, what can't be said, a deep understanding of all your internal processes, what can be shared in terms of data and numbers, all the details of every product and service you offer, all the answers to common questions and objections, every opinion your founders ever shared online, your company's stance on all relevant issues, and anything else that a

senior level member of your team would need to understand, suddenly unlocks entire categories of tasks that you couldn't trust them with previously.

So this is what I think every company should be building right now. It's our main focus for all of our clients. Other capabilities will be unlocked automatically as these models get smarter and more capable.

But for most companies, this information about your brand doesn't exist online. You have to collect it, organize it, structure it, and give it to the model. This takes time and a lot of iteration to get it right.

So now's the time to be doing it. This is your opportunity to get ahead of your competitors.
