There's a very annoying bug happening on Google Business profiles right now and I'm gonna tell you how to fix it. So typically when you go to edit a Google Business Profile, you're gonna get this whole section here where you can, you know, do all the things to edit your profile but a lot of people are experiencing this when they go to edit their profile, they just get a thing that looks like this. You can still see the panel on the right, but all the controls are missing.

Well, this guy Santa Mir has come up with a really good solution for it.

I'm gonna show you how to do it right now. So basically he says that what you can do is you can go to the profile and then here you can click this little three dots and go edit business information. When you do that, you will get this panel to come up.

So that's great.

That'll get you into at least editing the profile, but you still need to get into all those other sections. So if you just copy that whole URL, then you can use that to get to the other sections and then he gives you a little table down here. He shows you that if you want to go to the various sections of the profile, like if you want to go to services, photos, you basically just take that whole URL and then you paste it in here.

The one thing it's a little tricky is that in order to get to the other sections, you need to have what's called the profile ID, the business profile ID.

Where do you get one of these Google Business Profile IDS? Well, if Google sent you a review notification email recently, it's in there. Or using any software like the Whitespark local platform, it's only $1 a month.

And then this software will also show you your Google Business Profile ID.
