Before putting up a new page on your website, do this. Get this free tool put in your website, click start. This will show you all of the URLs on your site.
Click HTML. Look at only status code 200 status OK. These are actual pages that are showing on your site.
If you've never done this before, there's a good chance you have a lot of garbage up on your site. Clean that garbage. Take down things that are thin, that don't contain a lot of text that's just not useful.
Check if your site is too slow. Make sure you're using page titles. Make sure you're using meta descriptions.
