This guy's marketing funnel gets him $1 million annual recurring revenue with only 450 YouTube subscribers. He's a gym owner. He has a gym called Hale Fitness.

This is a strategy. A prospect sees a paid ad. Here's one of them as an example.

We're looking for local men who are looking to get stronger, better cardio, lose fat, transform their health. With our eight week kick start, we can only take on four clients at a time in a group. Our last seven groups have sold out.

The ad goes to a landing page with a video at the top. The prospect is instructed to start the video, which is 41 seconds and is of Jay, the guys Jay Hale and is of Jay explaining this upcoming form and the sales call. The prospect fills out the form.

There are questions to group prospects into archetypes. And this is where it gets really smart. At the end of the form, the prospect sets up a sales call, which is typically just two days into the future.

The day before the call, a sales rep looks at the answers and figures out which archetype the prospect falls into. The gym's YouTube channel has a few subscribers, but it has many videos for every different archetype. The videos are of different trainers speaking and explaining.

The day before the call, the prospect is sent one of these videos that matches the archetype. The video addresses the biggest problem the prospect specified in the form and offers a solution. The videos they provide direct personalized value and often times this is even enough for prospects to binge on other videos on the gym's YouTube channel.

The sales call happens the next day. The close rate from this strategy is a whopping 50%. com.

This is the name of the article. For the remaining half that doesn't close, they're given a 24 hour discount and one to three more videos of people just like them getting the results that they want. This closes many more.

This is what the form looks like, the initial form. This is the landing page with Jay Hale at the top. Here's the calendar where you set up the sales call.

Then this is the YouTube. Here's a quote from Jay. If I have a mom who's in her mid 40s and we'll send her a video that talks about how to handle menopause.

If I have a man who's in his mid 30s, I'm gonna send him a video about what to do if you feel like you're too late in life. I know that if I have a man who's like me, he's going to want to see me in the video. I know that if I have a woman who's like one of our female coaches, they're going to want to see her in the video.

I try to send the videos that are specific to the problem each person has.

So great. The videos are hyper personalized. This is why it works so well.

The prospects are made comfortable and confident, feeling like this gym understands and empathizes with them. Videos go above and beyond offering value and solutions right there for free. This works so well that Jay was able to raise prices, shorten sales calls from 45 minutes to 15 minutes, has a waiting list of months, too much demand and expects to soon make way more than $1 million a year.

I love this. Great job, Jay.
