ChatGPT got me another client today, but not in the way you might think. This is my second client from ChatGPT. The first one came from a ChatGPT recommendation, but this one came from ChatGPT actually just vouching for me.
So what happened is yesterday I gave this client a pretty big proposal and today he called me and he said, I gotta be honest, I was kind of on the fence. I felt like I should do my due diligence. So I went to ChatGPT and I asked it about you.
And apparently whatever ChatGPT told him was enough to convince him that I was the right choice. So naturally after I got off the phone with him, I ChatGPT myself, actually the first time I've ever ChatGPT myself. And sure enough, it had all kinds of great things to say about me.
I wasn't surprised that it repeated back everything I say about myself on my website. I already knew it tends to do that. But it also referenced videos I posted on LinkedIn, on TikTok, on YouTube, blog posts, and even podcasts.
And that's the crazy thing. I've only been creating content for about two and a half months and it was able to very accurately represent my opinions. What this confirmed for me is that it's currently very easy to control the narrative around your brand if you're willing to.
Post content online, post it everywhere. Now, fortunately for me, there's nothing negative about me on Google just yet, you also won't see much of the content I posted in the last 2 months there. And something tells me that in the next year or two, people are gonna be much more likely to go to ChatGPT or another large language model when they're trying to get a feel for a person or a brand.
So there's never been a better time to start creating content. And if you don't mind talking to a camera and you need help getting that content spread across the internet, leave a comment or shoot me a DM. It's the No.
