Howdy friends! I have a new awesome feature in the WhiteSpark local rank tracker that I would like to show you that many of our clients have been asking for quite some time. I'm pleased to show you right now you can track rankings on both desktop and mobile.

Hooray!

Google really cares about how your website appears on mobile results and so tracking mobile rankings is pretty valuable. So now you can track both, either desktop, mobile, or just one or the other. But it's important to know that when you turn on mobile tracking, if you leave desktop on as well, then you're going to double your keyword usage.

So this campaign is currently using 84 keywords, but you'll see as soon as I turn on mobile, it is now going to use double the amount, 168 keywords.

And this is because it actually costs us twice as much to operate the software. So by turning on both desktop and mobile, just know that it'll double your keyword usage. But you can actually choose to only track mobile if you want it.

So I can just turn off desktop and then you'll see that now I'm back down to 84.

So it's your choice. You can track one or the other or both and that's how it works. So there you have it.

Pretty simple.

Now in the WhiteSpark local rank tracker, you can also track mobile rankings. So I hope that's helpful and see you next time.
