You're almost definitely wasting several hours a week doing tasks that AI could do both better and faster simply because you don't know these tools exist. So let me give you five tools that saved me a ton of time. And I'm not talking about ChatGPT.
The first one is Gamma App. If you have to create any kind of public facing document and you want it to look nice, Gamma App is gonna save you a ton of time. It can make slide presentations, proposals, any kind of document.
You just provided the text or a prompt, it figures out the layout and the images and within a couple minutes you have your document and then you can edit it however you want. The free version is especially generous, and it's only $10 a month for the paid version. The next one is the script.
It's what I used to edit this video and all my videos. It's an AI first video editor that makes it super fast to edit any video. It'll automatically remove word gaps, remove bad takes, clean up the audio, add subtitles, automatically create transitions, and find the best clips.

Just give it the relevant text or a prompt and I think you'll be pretty surprised how accurate the charts are. And finally, if you have a large amount of text based prompt you need to run, like generating a bunch of social media posts or a bunch of meta tags, or analyzing a bunch of data, Airtable is really good.
