I wanna talk about minmaxing when it comes to marketing. Gamers will be familiar with the term minmaxing, but I think there's some benefit to any small business owner or digital marketer that wants to improve their results in video games. Minmaxing essentially means optimizing your playstyle, strategy, decision making to get maximum results with minimum waste.

And anyone who's ever played a video game seriously knows that you just have to do this to compete at the top levels. I don't know if anything's as competitive as video games, but I think we could stand to bring some of that mindset into digital marketing. And this has become especially relevant since AI started exploding.

Every day I'm seeing business owners and marketers do things the way we did them two years ago, not realizing most tasks can be done twice as fast or 10 times as fast as they used to without sacrificing quality. Over the last two weeks, I've spent a lot of time on Reddit. I've been sharing some of the processes I use to do marketing more efficiently, and it struck me how popular these posts and comments are.

People really want this right now. I've also gotten a lot of value just from being on there and getting ideas from other people on Reddit. So with all this in mind, I decided to start my own subreddit.

It's called MinMaxMarketing. I just thought it would be nice to have one place where People like us can share the ideas that are helping us work more efficiently and benefit from each other's thoughts. It's still brand new, but I plan on posting one idea per day myself, and I'm hoping other people will join in and start sharing what's working for them today in digital marketing.

So if you're looking for some fresh ideas or just a community of like minded digital marketers, or you're a business owner and you want to see what's working now, come join r/MinMaxMarketing.
