I just got the best piece of advice in regards to designing your sales page on your website. I'm talking about your service page, your product page, wherever you display the pricing or Packages that you offer. Let me know if you're making the same mistake I've been making.
I was talking to my friend who is a marketing consultant and she told me that almost every Business is getting this wrong. When displaying the options for their product or service, They're thinking about themselves. They're listing the things that they do, the things that are Included in that package.
If your customer doesn't care about that, they don't care about the Technical details that go into it. What they want is a package that's for them. So when designing and Naming your options, think about who this option is for.
Now, this is going to vary wildly based On your industry, but your first package might be something like hobbyist and then your biggest Package could be something like professional. And then instead of itemizing every single item they Get from that option, just tell them why it's the right choice for them. What my friend explained Is as long as they can see themselves in one of these options, their chances of buying go up Significantly.
